The owners of Callaloo Cuisine are Carole M. Davis and Lorna E. Milton. Together, they are determined to preserve the authentic flavors, ingredients, recipes and methods of the Island cuisine upon which they were raised. Lorna is known for her caring heart and her big hugs to everyone she comes in contact with and shares the fruit of her love and labor through the dishes she prepares for her family and friends. Carole is known for her no-nonsense, business savvy persona and is responsible for the financial management and growth of the business. Together they create the perfect synergy to form Callaloo Cuisine.
